Voucher rules

  • Limit 1 per person per visit unless otherwise stated
  • Entire value must be used in one visit
  • Not valid in conjunction with other offers
  • If the voucher is not used by expiration, the voucher cannot be used
  • Full refund available from Jersey Rewards up to point of payout to Merchant (avg. 1-4 weeks)

FAQ’s

 

Can I buy the voucher as a gift?

Yes, when you check out you simply type the name of the person who you want to purchase the gift for when prompted. The voucher can then be printed and given to the lucky person as a gift, but best of all… the price of the deal will not be shown on the voucher!

 

When can I use my Voucher?

When you purchase a voucher it will be automatically added to your Jersey Rewards account, ready for redemption. You can use your voucher the day after the deal ends and before the voucher expiry date shown.

 

Can I show my voucher on my Smart phone?

For most deals absolutely, our mobile site has been specifically configured to allow you to easily display your voucher with its unique QR code on your phone to merchants for redemption. Please be advised some merchants only accept paper copies of the voucher though, in these cases this will be listed in the deal fine print.

 

Who do I contact to schedule use of my voucher?

All bookings, appointments and reservations must be made directly with the merchant. Jersey Rewards will not accept any booking requests and is not responsible for any booking errors, disputes or rescheduling needs between customers and merchants.

 

My voucher has expired, can I get an extension?

Voucher expirations are set by the Merchant and are unique to each offer due to the product, service or special being included. Any change or extension to a vouchers period of validity can only be requested from and approved at the discretion of the Merchant.

 

How do I request a refund?

Jersey Rewards offers refunds for voucher purchases up to the point that payout has been made to the merchant. This can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks after the deal has ended. Any refund requests made after the merchant has been paid must be requested directly from the merchant. For a refund request please contact us at contact@jerseyrewards.com.
